Welcome to the 2010 Parade of Homes!
It’s my pleasure to present to you the 2010 Parade of Homes, an extraordinary array of design and style displayed in 46 of the finest new homes across Lancaster and Lebanon Counties. For one week, the BIA and LCBA are offering you the chance to explore and dream big in these homes, where you can be inspired by the outstanding craftsmanship and unique finesse our local building professionals have poured into each one.
Our local market is ripe with exceptional value and great incentives, so there’s never been a better time to think about investing in your perfect home. Whether you’re planning a move or a remodeling project, or you just enjoy perusing the latest trends, this event is for you.
Pick a home or two – or ten! - and have fun checking out real Style on Parade!

How To Use This Website
We have designed this website and its accompanying maps to make it easy to locate the homes of greatest interest to you. There are separate sections for single homes and townhomes, as well as color-coding to distinguish the homes in various price ranges.
The information provided about each home includes an exterior rendering, floor plans, an amenities list, and easy-to-follow directions. In addition, each Parade home has been assigned a two-digit code (such as 35) which corresponds to its placement on the map. Simply select a section of map to zoom in and then select the color-coded home you wish to see.
For 2010, we’ve added special icons indicating homes that feature new design and building trends.

Tour The Homes
The 2010 Parade of Homes features 46 new homes which are open to visitors from Saturday, June 12, through Sunday, June 20. Tour hours are 12:00-6:00 pm on Saturdays and Sundays, and 5:00-8:00 pm on weekdays. Since Parade traffic is higher on weekends, you may wish to visit some of the homes during the week.
Socks or stockings are required, as visitors may be asked to remove their shoes in some of the homes; additionally, some builders may require the use of shoe coverings, which are provided. All children must be closely supervised by an adult.
All Parade homes are judged in six categories and the awards are on display in each winning home.
The price for each home in the Parade of Homes has been calculated based on the current prices for the component building materials. However, the market for the building materials is considered to be volatile, and sudden price increases could occur. The Builder agrees to use his best efforts to obtain the lowest possible prices from available building material suppliers, but should there be an increase in the prices of materials that are purchased to duplicate this residential construction project, the listed price would be affected.
